Dear Brothers and Sisters in the body of Christ:
Thank you guys for supporting me through prayers or finances or both! The past few months God has been showing me His faithfulness through encouraging words, prayers from other staff, quite time with Him and finances! I am really thankful for the privilege that I am serving a real, faithful God in Taiwan in YWAM SBS!
3/21 YWAM SBS has started!! I am so excited to see the students come from 15 different nations to study the Bible for nine months! How wonderful it is!! 15 different nations! If there was no God how is it possible to gather 15 different nations? On 3/3 the SBS staff had a retreat for us to get to know each other better, know how to make this school function well and seek God’s will for SBS 2014! After retreat we had a week of staff training. Through this time we have more clear thoughts and directions for our students and how we as staff can coach students by discipleship, teaching and cooperation/accountability.
The last thing I really want to share with you and give thanks to God for is that we have 10 Chinese students this includes 3 males in SBS 2014! YWAM Taipei base has been praying for more Taiwanese to come and dig deeper into His words so God has answered our prayer!!!
Some Prayer points are to be praying for strength, wisdom, and humility for me while teaching and discipleing students! Also praying for my family to know Jesus and become believers. (I am only Christian in my family) The last one is my computer is pretty old now (almost 6 years) so praying that God can provide money for me to get a new one!
After past few months I re-evaluated my finances and the needs are increasing a little bit. The reason why the amount increases is because when I pray for students’ finances I feel that God wants to bless them by me. So that I can have extra money to donate for their school fees or buy them meals! I also fall in love with baking so I can bake for them. Living expenses will be $20,000.00 NT, which is about $666.00 USD per month. You can send support in 2 different ways:
1) By CHECK in US$ made out to YWAM. You can include YWAM Taiwan’s Project #3509 on the memo line, but please do not write my name on the check. You can attach a note with the check saying that it is for me. You will receive a tax-deductible receipt from YWAM Montana. You can mail your check to: YWAM, 501 Blacktail Rd, Lakeside, MT, 59922.
2) By ACH automatic withdrawal. This means that on the 15th of every month Montana’s bank will automatically withdraw the support from your account and will process it for me in Taiwan. If you choose to do this, please let me know and I will send you the form in order to make this possible.
3) By PAYPAL. Montana’s user ID is: accounting@ywammontana.org you can go to www.paypal.comand choose to send your donation to YWAM Montana’s user ID. Please indicate in the memo box the YWAM Taiwan Project #3509.
*Please note that there is a service fee of US$1.50 on each transaction. This just goes towards helping to cover the costs involved in processing support... stamps, paper, envelopes, etc.
